Terms of Service

Mining Machine is a game. $ORE is an entry in our ledger — not a token, not money, and not an investment. What you buy here is time on a game, and it is not refundable.

1What Mining Machine is, and what it is not

Mining Machine is a browser game operated by the Mining Machine team ("we", "us"). You run a farm, install rigs, mine $ORE for as long as the supply lasts, and invite other people to do the same. These Terms cover the site, the game and everything in it. Using either means you accept them.

Nothing here mines a cryptocurrency. There is no hashing, no proof of work and no hardware anywhere in this product. “Mining Power” is a number in our database that decides how fast your balance goes up; it is not a hashrate, and it is deliberately not called one.

$ORE is an entry in our ledger. It is not a token, it is not transferable, it cannot be sold, and holding it gives you no ownership of anything and no rights against us beyond what is written here.

You must be 18 or older, and you must be allowed to use a service like this where you live. If you are not, do not sign in.

2Your wallet is your account

You sign in by signing a short message with a wallet. That signature is the whole login: there is no password to recover and no email to fall back on. If you lose access to the wallet, you lose access to the account, and we have no way to move it. Nobody at this company can restore it for you — not because we will not, but because we cannot.

One person, one account. Running several accounts to collect the same rewards twice, or to refer yourself, is not allowed.

Automating play — scripts, bots, emulators, anything that presses the buttons for you — is not allowed. Neither is interfering with the site, the API or other players.

3The supply, the halvings and the end

The total supply is 21,000,000 $ORE, released across four epochs. Each epoch has a fixed cap, and when a cap is reached the rate halves and the next epoch begins. Those numbers are part of the design and we do not change them: changing a cap would change every balance already mined against it.

When the fourth epoch is exhausted, mining stops for everyone at the same moment and a final snapshot is taken. Your snapshot balance sets your SHARE of a future mining allocation. It is a share, not a quantity: nothing here promises one token per $ORE, or any particular token, or any particular date.

Whether that allocation ever becomes a tradable asset depends on things outside this game and outside these Terms. Do not spend money here on the expectation that it will.

4Deposits, purchases and refunds

Everything sold here is sold for USDT, and the USDT you deposit becomes a balance in this product that can only be spent in this product or withdrawn again. It does not earn interest and it is not held on trust for you.

A deposit must be paid from the SAME wallet you signed in with, in the token and on the chain the deposit screen names, and it counts only after the number of confirmations shown there. Paying from another wallet, in another token, or on another chain will not credit — and those funds are on a public blockchain we do not control, so they cannot be returned. Read the screen before you send.

What you pay is what is credited: more than the quoted amount credits the full amount you paid, and less credits what arrived, as long as it is at least the minimum top-up shown on the deposit screen. A transfer below that minimum does not credit.

What a purchase buys is stated at the moment you buy it: a rig runs for the number of days shown, Turbo lasts the hours shown, a slot is permanent, an Auto-Run credit starts one session. Purchases are final and are not refundable, including a rig whose runtime you did not use and a Turbo that ran while your farm was idle. Prices and terms can change for future purchases; they never change for one already made.

5Taking USDT out

USDT can be withdrawn to the wallet you signed in with, and only to that wallet. The field is not editable for one reason: a withdrawal address a stolen session could change is a stolen session that becomes stolen money.

$ORE cannot be withdrawn. It is not a token and there is nothing to send.

Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid. A request tied to signals of abuse — several accounts on one device, a network of invitees who never mined, a referral pattern that cannot happen by accident — can be held while a person looks at it, and can be refused. Minimums, fees and the network used are shown on the withdrawal screen.

6Invites and commissions

Inviting someone through your own link earns you a share of what they mine and a share of what they spend, at the rates the Network screen shows. Both are paid by us, out of our own allocation; neither is taken from the person you invited.

A player is bound to the first inviter their account is attached to, permanently. There is no second attempt and no way to move them, and this is what keeps the programme honest.

Inviting yourself, or accounts you control, or accounts created to look like people, earns nothing and is grounds for closing every account involved. Commissions can be held or withdrawn where the pattern says the invitees are not real people.

7Blocks and chance

Every active farm takes part in Block Mining automatically. A block has a window, a prize and stated odds, and the winners are drawn when the window closes. The draw is seeded by a value fixed before the window opens, so the outcome cannot be steered after the fact by anyone — including us.

Stated odds are odds. Taking part many times does not entitle you to a win, and a run without one is not evidence that anything is wrong.

8Fair play, suspension and forfeiture

We score accounts for signs of abuse rather than banning on a single rule, because every individual signal has an innocent explanation — a shared device is often a household, a shared network is often a university. A score is a reason to look, not a verdict.

Where we conclude an account is breaking these Terms we can pause it, refuse a withdrawal, remove rewards obtained in breach, or close it. Where an account is closed for abuse, any $ORE balance and any pending commissions are forfeited. Any USDT you deposited and have not spent is not forfeited, and remains withdrawable to your sign-in wallet.

If you think a decision is wrong, say so. A support channel is published on this site as soon as one is open; until then the fastest route is the account you first heard about us from.

9What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that mining will never be paused, that a chain or an RPC we depend on will keep working, or that no bug will ever affect a balance. Where a bug credits or debits an account wrongly, we will correct the ledger.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer of a security.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for the value of anything in the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Changes, and how you will know

These Terms can change. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading, and a change that affects what you have already bought or already mined will be announced in the product rather than only posted here. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

No legal entity is named above and no governing law is chosen, because there is no company to name yet. Neither omission reduces what is promised on this page.

Also worth reading: the Privacy Policy. Or go and mine something.
